Hot Sauces

Check the blog for more details, but the title says it all. I have a hot wife and I live a hot life. We are not a fancy industrial kitchen with metric tons of peppers contracted. Our sauces are hand crafted with natural and local ingredients. We are a husband and hot wife making hot sauce out of peppers we either grow ourselves or procure locally. When we make hot sauce the windows are open and the sinuses are running and our life is definitely hot. ;) We are new to this process with lots to learn, but one thing we are confident with is the flavor of our delicious sauces.
