I started making hot sauce simply out of a curiosity to see if I could do it. Then I found that I enjoyed the process and my friends and family enjoyed a home made variety of hot sauce. Now I am making sauce in bulk and spend my late summer and early fall scouring farmer's markets, green houses, and online stores in search of fun new peppers to incorporate into my sauces. My beautiful wife Bailey and I have decided that we can't afford to keep this many refrigerators full of sauce free of charge. This site is simply designed at this point as a way that I can recover my costs (peppers, sauce bottles, and labels) for the sauce I make. An added benefit is that you will be able to read about each sauce and choose the sauce(s) that will work for you rather than trusting to the luck of the draw. Well ... happy saucing.
